The third patch has been deprecated in favor of what xsoft posted. The forum doesn't require registration, the topic for that patch was just deleted.

DANG! I have the game almost completely unlocked (I'm not going to bother unlocking stuff I'm just not going to play), but I'm going to download this torrent and seed for as long as I can. This torrent is in dire need of seeders, and this is the only place you can get the game anymore.

@AndyParka If you like games like DDR and ITG, this is a must-have game. Many people who worked on ITG have worked on this game. The steps were made by legends of the dance pad. So, unless furry art makes you want to shoot yourself in the face, you won't regret downloading this game.

Apparently there's only one seeder, and ze's offline. This is one of the best things in existence, and I would love to have everyone be able to download fast. Please, everyone, keep seeding this. I will continue to seed this for as long as I possibly can (after I actually DL the whole thing, of course), and will continue to play it for the same period of time.
